With a diverse range of presses, both digital and offset, we have the scope to print a wide-ranging assortment of materials, products and publications. Our main focus is towards brochures, catalogues & magazines, with particular emphasis on material with an intricate or specialized design or work that is labour intensive.

We offer a comprehensive in house binding and finishing service which allows us to complete your job in the most suitable format and style.
Again, we excel in specialty finishes such as embossing, foil stamping, edge gilding etc and have tried and tested supply partners for those rare occasions when we don’t have the facility in-house. |

We pride ourselves on our ability to interpret a client's brief quickly and accurately allowing us to advise on the best and most cost effective design solution.

We offer an excellent, speedy and cost effective shipping service to any location, operated by our sister company www.ko-shipping.com
All shipping, whether by express courier, air freight or traditional sea freight - it’s all handled in-house by our own shipping department giving us total control of the shipment right up to the point of delivery.
The shipping data below is designed to give you an approximate idea of the time required for shipping. We have worked on the side of caution and therefore there may be times when you will receive your shipment in less time.
However it should be noted that shipping times are beyond the control of Select Print and in very exceptional circumstances delays can occur. These are usually no more than one or two days and generally due to customs backlogs or weather conditions.

>> The Process
Below is a brief step by step guide of how we will deal with your project from Initial Contact right up to the point where you take delivery. Obviously, no two projects are the same and this is only a guide, however it does demonstrate the process of the majority of cases.

1. Initial Contact: Communicate the specifications of your print project(s) to us. |

2. Quotation: We supply our quotation to print your project. |
 |
|
3. Artwork: Supply us with your artwork files on disc or by transfer. |
 |
|
4. Pre-Check: We check your artwork is correct and ready/suitable to print. |
 |
|
5. Proof: We print a proof of your project and send to you by courier. |
 |
|
6. Proof Approval: You confirm the proof and sign the project off. |
 |
|
7. Deposit: You send a deposit to our HSBC account to engage our services. |
 |
|
8. Print: Your project goes to press and is printed, bound & finished |
 |
|
9. Press Proof : We courier you a Press Proof – Optional, only if requested. |
 |
|
10. Inspection: Project inspected by independent inspection house – Optional, only if requested. |
 |
|
11. Shipping: Your print project is shipped to you by sea/air freight or courier. |
 |
|
12. Fax Documents: We fax you the shipping documents to prove shipment. |
 |
|
13. Balance: You send the balance of payment against faxed shipping documents. |
 |
|
14. Original Documents: We courier original shipping documents for clearance. |
 |

15. Take Delivery: Nominated freight agent clears and delivers your shipment. |

Banking: Please note, all payments are made to our HSBC account – one of the worlds leading and most reputable banks, this if for your and our security. www.hsbc.com 
If you have not imported before, we strongly suggest you contact your business bank manager to discuss the most suitable and secure payment method.
Deposit: The amount will vary from project to project depending upon your specific requirements.
Inspection: For a small charge, you may wish to engage the services of an independent inspection company to quality assure you project prior to shipment. They are employed by you and not us and will work to your inspection sample plan or they can best advise you on this.
Press Proof: For a small additional charge we can courier to you a Proof copy direct from the press prior to shipment.
Shipping: We can ship your project door to door, to your nearest port or you can instruct your own freight agent to deal with the entire shipping process, the choice is yours.
